today,I've start early...
not to think too much.
I just do what I suppose to do.
this battle ain't finish yet and i never ever give up yet.
as usual:
- 27.5 minutes on low impact aerobic
- 10 minutes on pilates..
both exercise make me sweat a lot.
but pilates is most challenging because I can endure too much on hold some weight on my left elbow.
it's once injured before and the pain is killing me..
sigh...
#now I can dance with my fave song: Beautiful Hangover,Big Bang!
