- Creamcracker = 3 pieces with coffee/tea + skim milk (without sugar) or
- jagung rebus (1 tongkol kecil) or
- boiled tapioca or sweet potato (1/2 cup)
Dinner: 8 pm
- Rice/Capati = 1 cup / 1 piece
- Fish/Chicken(baked/boiled/stim/grilled) = 1 piece
- Stir Fry / Boiled Vege = 1 - 1 1/2 cup
- Fruit = 1 medium size or 1 slice
Supper : 10 pm
- Skim milk = 4 tablespoon
- Creamcraker / Wholemeal bread = 3 pieces/1 slices
