I put myself again on track!
yup,after think over and over again what actually the cause and effect.
what solution that I must take to counter back the problems.
I start again my workout without hesitate.
at 5:30pm,I change my cloth and start to do the exercise.
this time I took more time and spend it withot any take 5.
just pause about 10 - 15 second every session.
- 42.7 minutes spend on Brisk walk + marching + lifting 1.5kg load at my hand
- 27.6 minutes on Zumba (low impact aerobic)
hopefully,I'll keep this going on.
