Due to bloated condition,my motivation is very low that day.
so,I just doing simple exercise without put more effort on its.
just to occupied the required time.
demotivated!
that day,
I have done:
- 15 min Low Impact Aerobic
- 15 min also on weightlifting with light or moderate effort..
the rest?!
I spend it with crying on the floor.
