Breakfast: 9am
2 slices wholemeal bread = 137 kcal
1 green apple                  = 63kcal

Lunch:12 noon
1 cup rice        = 173kcal
1 piece fish      = 142kcal
1 1/2 cup vege = 90kcal

Light Meal: 2.30pm
Mee Hoon Soup     = 380kcal
Snack                     = 50kcal

Dinner: 9 pm
1 set of chicken rice            = 600kcal
1 cup of anelen low fat milk = 78kcal

Total Water  Drinking Consume : 2500 litres
Total Calorie Burn During Workout : 197 (Low Impact Aerobic and Light Weightlifting)
Total Calorie Burn During Breastfeed last night: 200kcal
Total Calorie Intake : 1713

*no more snack and mee hoon soup for light meal.replace with fruit.
