All about consistency

most of us  usually became demotivated when doing the same  routine of exercise.
same as me.
but,I sort of cheating when doing my workout.
pause about 6 -8 second when doing some workout and also here's the tips to share:
each session,just do about 3 - 5 minutes types of exercise.
if not...you will get to bored with it.

Low Impact Aerobic:
Type: Zumba Dance

  • 3 minutes warms up
  • 5 minutes on zocalipso
  • 4.5 minutes on reggaeton
  • 4.5 minutes on salsa
  • 5.1 minutes on hip hop
  • 5.2 minutes on cardio workout
  • 3 minutes on warms down

total  workout time : 30.7 minutes
