but,I sort of cheating when doing my workout.
pause about 6 -8 second when doing some workout and also here's the tips to share:
each session,just do about 3 - 5 minutes types of exercise.
if not...you will get to bored with it.

Type: Zumba Dance
- 3 minutes warms up
- 5 minutes on zocalipso
- 4.5 minutes on reggaeton
- 4.5 minutes on salsa
- 5.1 minutes on hip hop
- 5.2 minutes on cardio workout
- 3 minutes on warms down
total workout time : 30.7 minutes
