it's bit a late to jotted down in my cardio and workout diary..
but better late then never right?!
today is 12th April 2011
I'm doing 30 minutes workout.
it's consist of:
- 10 minutes doing zumba
- 3 minutes squad jump
- 3 minutes rear kick
- 3 minutes sidekick
- 5 minutes jumping jack
- 3 minutes dancemat
- 3 minutes pilates sculpting
but why overall 3 minutes?!
huhuhuhuh..
I'am catching my breath actually.
after finish,I am vomit.
before I go,
just to noted my calorie intake last updated on 6.10PM
- For Breakfast : 150ml Mushroom soup with 2 slices Wholemeal Bread = 207
- For Lunch : 2 slices wholemeal bread + Cooked Fish + Lettuce + Mushroom Soup + 1 medium pear = 577
- For Hi tea before workout : 2 big bananas = 200
total calorie intake = 984
balance calorie intake :1500 - 984 = 516
noted: the calculation is not deduct from calorie burn during the workout yet.not include also calorie burn during berastfeeding (I am BF Mother!)
