Breakfast : 7.30 - 8.30 am
- Wholemeal Bread/Idli/Putu Mayam = 2 slices/pieces or
- Meehoon/Mee (Noodles)/Keuyteow/Macaroni/Rice = 1 cup or
- Thosai = 1 slices or
- Oats = 6 tablespoon (full) or
- Coffee/Tea + Skimmed Milk (without sugar) = 4 tablespoon (full)
- Boiled Egg = 1
Second breakfast: 10.00 - 10.30 am
- Creamcraker - 3 pieces or
- Wholemeal Bread - 1 slice
Lunch : 1 pm
- Rice/Capati = 1 cup/1 slice
- Fish/Chicken (baked/steam/grilled/broiled/pindang) = 1 scad/ 1 piece drumstick (remove skin)
- Vege (stir fry /boil) = 1 - 1 1/2 cup
- Fruit (apple/pear/starfruit/kiwi) = 1 medium or
- papaya/watermelon/pineapple = 1 slice
#sape - sape tekak melayu,cannot gi omputih,cannot tolak nasik.ni ler yg paling harus!!
