Diet Menu Plan (Breakfast - Lunch)

I was given the menu table from the dietician on 28th march 2011.
since that day,I'm stick with it..
ahaha!for few days only!
after that,alternately with another meal plan (calorie calculate)


Because I am an asian,malay..
the menu is fit for malaysian appetite.
check it out!


Breakfast : 7.30 - 8.30 am




  • Wholemeal Bread/Idli/Putu Mayam  = 2 slices/pieces or
  • Meehoon/Mee (Noodles)/Keuyteow/Macaroni/Rice = 1 cup or
  • Thosai = 1 slices or
  • Oats = 6 tablespoon (full) or
  • Coffee/Tea + Skimmed Milk (without sugar) = 4 tablespoon (full)
  • Boiled Egg = 1

Second breakfast: 10.00 - 10.30 am

  • Creamcraker - 3 pieces or
  • Wholemeal Bread - 1 slice 

Lunch : 1 pm

  • Rice/Capati = 1 cup/1 slice
  • Fish/Chicken (baked/steam/grilled/broiled/pindang) = 1 scad/ 1 piece drumstick (remove skin)
  • Vege (stir fry /boil) = 1 - 1 1/2 cup
  • Fruit (apple/pear/starfruit/kiwi) = 1 medium or
  • papaya/watermelon/pineapple = 1 slice

#sape - sape tekak melayu,cannot gi omputih,cannot tolak nasik.ni ler yg paling harus!!
ini untuk BMI 30 above!
yg lain - lain aku bagi kendian!!
