Wow.. ur Diet Menus looks yummy lah. Im on a diet gak nie.. tapi taklah intensive mcm urs but if dpt menu mcm urs tu, fuhhh memang menyelerakan. Mine hari2 i bedalkan bfast plain oats with milo kosong without milk or sugar, lunch rice in a very small portion with sop sayur and then dinner i mkn oats balik. Hari2 mcm tu den once a wk, i pamper myself with menu yg best2 sikit lah. Hahaha. Hari2 mkn mcm tu, sampai at times, dah menyampah tgk rice so end up i eat oats fr all the 3 meals. Boleh gitu.
